We are going to organize you into 3 randomly mixed groups and let you come up with bold and courageous ideas that would enable you to unlock your full potential to create waves in business. We will encourage you to design a workplace that would inspire you to become a creator, instead of another follower of rules and procedures.

Would you like to be an intrapreneur or would free fruit and coffee be enough to keep your cup filled?

Do you think you need to run your own projects straight off college or are you scared to get down and dirty right away?

Is making Cedevita, Smoki or Donat Mg inspiring? What would be inspiring work for you?

In a nutshell, we want to hear what you WANT so we can make it happen. Think hard – now’s the time.
After your team cuts down gazillion ideas to few good ones we’ll call you up to talk about them. You will meet our Board, bunch of senior-management people and our best young talents. No pressure. There’s gonna be some other cool folks there doing their own cool things, so don’t worry, not all spotlights are gonna be on you.
